Direct Care Professionals – Full Time Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment $21.00 / hour)

Schedule: Sunday 3pm-11pm, Monday 1pm-11pm, Thursday 1pm-11pm, Friday 1pm-11pm

Shifts: 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available

Locations: Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas

No experience needed. We offer ongoing free on‑job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

• Assist adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine.
• Individual community outings (movies, shopping, dining, baseball, bowling, etc.).
• Meal preparation.
• Personal care.
• Assist with medical appointments and medication distribution.

• Compassionate person who enjoys making a difference.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years.
