  - Fri 8am - 3pm) Daytime hours 25-32 hours per week
• Schedule: Follows the school district calendar, including holidays and breaks
• Compensation: $22-$28/hourly

• Respond to the goals, needs and requests of students and supervisors, on an individualized basis, and in a professional manner.
• Work closely with school personnel (e.g. classroom/special teachers, TAs, school psychologist, social worker, behavior consultant, related service provider) to ensure the student’s success in the classroom.
• Work collaboratively with a behavior consultant and/or clinical supervisor to provide academic, behavioral, and social/emotional support to student with special needs.
• Assist with classroom assignments under the direction of the classroom teacher.
• Implementation of behavior support plans or skill acquisition programs (data collection, progress reporting, CPI training and implementation)
• Help with daily living tasks, such as mobility, hygiene, and transitions.
• Escort the student to different locations (bathroom, cafeteria, therapy sessions).
• Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Understand and demonstrate the company core values.

And this background:

• Minimum of 6 months working with children or adolescents with special needs in a supervised setting
• Minimum of High School Diploma required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field preferred
• Experience with students with autism and/or maladaptive behaviors preferred
• Critical thinker with a problem‑solving mind
• Bilingual is a plus
