Position:
Full-Time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Hybrid Position

Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Conduct assessments, develop and monitor behavior plans, support RBTs, and communicate with families.
• Provide mentorship and training for new clinicians as applicable.

• Master s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA Certification or MA LABA license preferred; candidates working toward completion will be considered.
• Strong background in behavioral principles and person-centered care.
• Supervision hours provided for BCBA candidates.
