What You'll Do:
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support.
What We're Looking For:
- Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
