Assistant Clinical Director

Responsibilities

• Supervision and Consultation
• Participate in the weekly Clinic Director meeting
• Provide weekly individual supervision and bi-weekly group supervision for master's level clinicians seeking licensure
• Provide 1:1 consultation staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation
• Administrative Troubleshoot issues within Valant and billing
• Support clinic staff development
• Partner with CD to support administrative changes as needed
• Coordinate with CD to support the hiring process
• Coordinate office supply orders with Clinic Director
• Assist CD with monitoring and managing clinic office schedules
• Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients and clinicians
• Maintain agreed upon clinical client caseload
• Serve as back-up for CD when they are out of the office
• Additional duties as assigned

• Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
• Independently licensed with a MA issued clinical practice license (e.g., LISCW, LMHC, Psy.D, Ph.D, etc.)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
• Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
• Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems

Demonstrates expertise in clinical supervision and consultation, with a strong focus on leadership, problem-solving, and compliance with state mental health regulations. Proficient in managing clinic operations and supporting staff development while maintaining high standards of client care.
