What Were Looking For :
  • Valid ASHA CCC with 23 years post-certification, recent school-based experience preferred
  • Proficiency in addressing a wide range of communication needs in educational settings
  • Comfort supervising up to 3 SLPAs (combined caseload up to 165 students)
  • Commitment to supporting and developing SLPAs through oversight, guidance, and case management
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise SLPAs, ensuring quality interventions, accurate reporting, and robust data collection
  • Conduct eligibility evaluations (initial and re-evaluations) for special education services
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, presenting assessments and making recommendations
  • Write and update IEPs; manage fluctuating caseloads to support evolving student needs
