Where Work/Life Balance Meets Clinical Excellence

At Bay Coast Behavioral, we know BCBAs have options — but we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between meaningful work and a healthy work-life balance. We’re a privately owned, clinician-led practice that values collaboration, professional growth, and genuine respect for the people who make our mission possible: our staff.

Why You Should Work With Us

We’ve built our program around supporting both clients and clinicians. Here’s what sets us apart:

  • Manageable Caseloads: Only 5–6 clients per day, so you can focus on quality of care not quantity.
  • Guided Growth Without Pressure: Enjoy CEU funding, licensure prep support, and clear opportunities for advancement.
  • A Culture of Support: You’ll join a friendly, down-to-earth team that believes in open communication and true work/life balance.
  • Retention Bonuses: Let us show us how much we appreciate you with retention bonuses at 1, 3, and 5-years. After all, dedication deserves recognition.
  • Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: We actively promote DEI initiatives at every level of our company, from policies and leadership to our daily work.
Help us with our cultural diversity.

Recognize Your Value
* We offer higher pay to those with Spanish and Portuguese fluency*

We believe great clinicians deserve to be cared for, too. Full-time employees receive:

  • Competitive Salary and Paid Holidays, Sick Leave, & Vacation time
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Contribution
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance; plus option for AFLAC Supplementary Insurance
  • Tuition Assistance & Continuing Education Funding

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA Certification or MA LABA license preferred, but will consider those working toward completion.
  • Strong background in behavioral principles and person-centered care
  • We Provide supervision hours for candidates who have completed or are working towards the completion of BCBA.

Job Duties:

  • If you’re already a BCBA, you know the rhythm: conducting assessments, developing and monitoring behavior plans, supporting RBTs, and communicating with families.
