Salary Range: $60,000- $65,000
Sign On Bonus: $6,000
Are you a licensed or license-eligible Mental Health Counselor who wants your work to truly matter? Join a mission-driven team providing trauma-informed mental health services to youth in foster care and the families who support them.
In this role, you'll deliver home- and community-based counseling services focused on emotional healing, placement stability, and long-term family success
What You'll Do
Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families of all ages - from young children and adolescents to adults and geriatrics.
Manage a diverse caseload (25 billable hours weekly) that may include trauma, co-occurring disorders, addictions, anxiety, depression, and more.
Deliver services in-office, via telehealth, and in community settings such as schools, shelters, residential programs, and individual's homes.
Expand access for underserved populations by reducing barriers, preventing missed appointments, and building trust in natural environments.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work (LCSW), or related field.
Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting.
Licensed or license-eligible in MA.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
Compensation
Unlicensed Clinicians: $60,000 annually + monthly productivity bonus opportunity.
Licensed Clinicians: $65,000 annually + monthly incentive bonus opportunity.
