Behavioral Health Attendant hour shifts

Position: Behavioral Health Attendant - 3 12-hour shifts, 7pm-7:30am
Brown University Health -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain constant observation of the patient, facing the patient at all times and not leaving the patient unattended.;
Report any changes in the patient's behavior or condition to the duty nurse and RN supervising the patient care.;
Assist with ambulation and mobility as needed for bathroom needs and transfers.;
Conduct room safety sweeps and remove potentially hazardous items.;
Document observations on the patient safety sheet within designated time frames and maintain patient confidentiality.
