Role: Memory Care CNA/CHHA responsible for providing compassionate, person-centered care to residents living with dementia in a senior community.
Responsibilities- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility to promote dignity and independence.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
- Support with meals and hydration to ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Engage residents in meaningful, therapeutic activities to enhance emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with nurses, families, and team members to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
- Experience in senior or memory care preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work compassionately with residents and team members.
- Knowledge of dementia care and safety protocols.
