• Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications.
• Greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating arrangements.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high standards of service.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout events.
• Respond to guest inquiries and fulfill their requests efficiently and courteously.
• Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist in breaking down and cleaning up after events.

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
