Onboarding Program Facilitator, GTM Enablement

Onboarding Program Facilitator, GTM Enablement is a senior enablement practitioner responsible for leading and evolving the global onboarding experience for sales and pre‑sales roles. This role goes beyond delivery to shape how onboarding is designed, executed, measured, and optimized in support of business outcomes.

This position requires deep expertise in facilitation and adult learning, a strong understanding of GTM business dynamics, and the ability to solve real enablement problems through data‑driven and innovative solutions. The Facilitator operates independently, leads initiatives of moderate complexity, and serves as a trusted advisor to cross‑functional stakeholders, influencing how onboarding drives readiness, ramp, and performance.

Day to day, this role leads cohort kickoffs, milestone reviews, and high‑stakes onboarding sessions — bringing executive presence, narrative skill, and real‑time adaptation to every room.

The role partners closely with the Onboarding Program Manager, Instructional Design, and GTM leadership to continuously improve onboarding models, delivery approaches, and learner impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in onboarding facilitation and delivery, applying depth and breadth of enablement expertise to evolve global onboarding experiences.
  • Lead the facilitation of cohort‑based onboarding programs for sales and pre‑sales audiences, translating business priorities into high‑impact learning experiences.
  • Adapt facilitation style across audiences — recognizing that AE, SE/SC, and BDR cohorts respond to different pacing, examples, and proof points.
  • Design facilitation for behavior change — using practice, peer feedback, and applied scenarios so learners leave able to do the work, not just describe it.
  • Own and continuously improve onboarding delivery standards, methodologies, and facilitator best practices across programs.
  • Lead onboarding initiatives or work streams with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity; may serve as a lead coordinating activities and contributions of others.
  • Analyze learner data, performance signals, and business outcomes to identify complex issues and develop innovative solutions that may set new program precedents.
  • Apply analytical thinking and best practices to assess onboarding effectiveness and recommend improvements to content, delivery models, and program design.
  • Partner with the Onboarding Program Manager to align delivery strategy with broader GTM enablement objectives and execution timelines.
  • Influence cross‑functional stakeholders by communicating complex concepts clearly, anticipating objections, and presenting data‑backed recommendations.
  • Act as an advisor to internal customers (Enablement, Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product, and Operations) on onboarding effectiveness, learner readiness, and program improvements.
  • Informally mentor peers and junior facilitators, sharing expertise and strengthening facilitation capability across the team.
Required Skills & Experience Required
  • 6+ years of experience in enablement, facilitation, training delivery, or a related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in adult learning and instructional delivery.
  • Demonstrated excellence in both live virtual and in‑person facilitation — including camera presence, virtual cohort engagement, breakout management, and in‑room dynamics.
  • Recognized depth of knowledge in facilitation, onboarding, or enablement practices, with working knowledge of related disciplines (instructional design, assessment, GTM operations).
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems using analytical thinking, learner data, and performance insights.
  • Strong understanding of internal and external business challenges that impact GTM roles; able to apply best practices to improve programs, processes, and learner outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience working independently with minimal guidance, navigating ambiguity, and driving work to completion.
  • Experience leading projects or initiatives and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong executive‑level communication skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and…
