Job Overview – Executive Recruitment Coordinator

Compensation: $70/hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Recruitment Coordinator in Middlesex County, MA for our client, supporting executive recruiting operations, interview coordination, and candidate experience initiatives. This role will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leadership to manage complex scheduling, streamline recruiting processes, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, executive-level recruiting support experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

as the Executive Recruitment Coordinator
  • Interview Coordination: Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, calendars, and time zones while ensuring a seamless interview process.
  • Candidate

    Experience:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates by providing timely communication, updates, and support throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Executive Recruiting Support: Coordinate executive-level interviews and recruiting activities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership teams to align scheduling priorities and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Recruiting Operations: Maintain accurate candidate records, interview calendars, and recruiting documentation within applicant tracking systems and related platforms.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with reports, presentations, onboarding logistics, document preparation, and other recruiting-related administrative projects.
Qualifications for the Executive Recruitment Coordinator
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive search coordination, human resources, or administrative support is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting executive recruiting processes, high-touch candidate management, or corporate recruiting environments is required.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Experience with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation software is required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail are required.
