Are you a Talent Management expert, who thrives on shaping leadership capability and building future-ready organisations?
We're partnering with a world-leading Energy Organisation, who are undergoing a significant transformation and looking for an experienced Talent Management SME to drive enterprise-wide talent initiatives that will influence the organisation's future.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior leaders to strengthen succession planning, leadership development and organisational capability across a global business.
You'll combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach, bringing the credibility to influence senior stakeholders while delivering practical, business-focused talent solutions. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, you'll be passionate about developing leaders and building the talent needed for long-term success.
What you'll be doing- Design and deliver strategic talent initiatives aligned to business priorities.
- Lead succession planning, talent reviews and development planning for key and critical roles.
- Build diverse talent pipelines and strengthen leadership readiness.
- Support internal mobility and talent placement decisions across the organisation.
- Coach HR/People teams and business leaders on talent frameworks and best practice.
- Facilitate high-quality, data-driven talent discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Use talent analytics and workforce insights to influence strategic decisions.
- Partner with Learning, HR and business leaders to deliver integrated talent solutions.
- Ensure successful delivery of annual talent cycles and ongoing talent programmes.
- Significant experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development or Strategic HR.
- Proven success designing and delivering global talent programmes.
- Strong expertise in succession planning, leadership development and organisational capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
- Confident using talent data and workforce insights to drive decision‑making.
- Strong project and change management capabilities.
- Experience managing external learning or talent partners is highly desirable.
