The Bilingual Staffing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day staffing and recruiting operations for our client. This role serves as a key point of contact for candidates and employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient staffing process from candidate submission through onboarding and ongoing assignment support.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and hiring events.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process to provide updates, confirm appointments, and answer questions.
  • Track candidates through the recruiting process and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate candidate and staffing information in applicant tracking and other internal systems.
  • Help ensure open positions are being actively supported and candidates are moving through the hiring process efficiently.
Candidate & Employee Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and employees regarding scheduling, onboarding, assignment information, and general questions.
  • Greet and assist candidates during onsite interviews, orientations, and onboarding activities.
  • Respond to employee questions and concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate internal team when necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication with employees throughout their assignments to help promote engagement, attendance, and retention.
  • Assist with addressing attendance, performance, or assignment-related concerns in partnership with the appropriate staffing and client teams.
Client & Internal Coordination
  • Maintain professional and responsive communication as needed with client contacts.
  • Coordinate information between the client, recruiting team, and internal staffing
  • Assist with scheduling and preparing for client meetings, hiring events, orientations, and other staffing activities.
  • Communicate changes, delays, or issues promptly and assist with resolving them.
  • Provide updates and basic reporting on recruiting activity, candidate status, starts, and other staffing metrics as requested.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidates and employees.
  • Assist with onboarding and compliance requirements, ensuring required documentation and processes are completed timely.
  • Monitor upcoming interviews, orientations, start dates, and other staffing activities to ensure nothing is missed.
  • Follow all company and client policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Perform other staffing and operational responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages, verbally and in writing.
  • Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and other computer-based systems.
  • Ability to learn and effectively use applicant tracking systems and other staffing technology.
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a staffing agency, recruiting, or high-volume hiring environment.
  • Experience working directly with candidates and employees in an onsite or client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or workforce management systems.
  • Experience supporting hiring events, orientations, or high-volume onboarding.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or other high-volume workforce environment.
