Manager, Business Ops Analytics

Public Consulting Group (PCG) seeks a data and reporting lead for its EDU Innovations Team.

• Serve as data and reporting lead and subject matter expert within the EDU Innovations Team.
• Supervise and develop a small team of data analysts.
• Manage the integration of school information systems with EDPlan.
• Develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to data integrations and communicate with other teams as necessary; determine and implement best practices internally and externally.
• Independently manage multiple projects, designing processes, creating operational tools, and providing data analytics products for internal and client audiences.
• Develop communication plan with clients and identify and elicit requirements from key stakeholders in each engagement.
• Lead data integration efforts with the goal of automation.
• Identify gaps and shortcomings and determine necessary workarounds.
• Plan and monitor ongoing project tasks and delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Supervise, train and coach junior staff and directly oversee the work of less experienced analysts.
• Manage daily project functions and client interaction.

• Independently learn a variety of EDPlan concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in all MS Office products and Tableau or other visual analytics software.

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years’ experience required; graduate degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Supervisory responsibility experience with ASG non‑consulting staff.

Range: $95,000 – $125,000. PCG provides a range of benefits, including medical and dental care, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
