CGS is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join our experienced team, working directly with Relativity’s staff as needed to resolve software-specific issues. The role includes testing Relativity software releases and establishing templates, views, scripts, or workflows across all work spaces or an entire division.

• Provide advanced-level support and guidance in the use of Relativity to attorneys, investigators, and Litigation Support Specialists
• Perform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity for search terms, date ranges, folder paths, and domain types using complex searches and custom indices (e.g., privilege screens, data prioritization) for matters involving litigation holds and other DOE/OGC/OIG matters
• Work with the CFTC's technical support group to resolve user issues with access, slowness, freezing, and viewer installation
• Work directly with Relativity’s staff to resolve software-specific issues
• Play a key role in testing Relativity software releases and setting up templates, views, scripts, or workflows used across all work spaces or an entire division
• Remain proficient in Relativity and its analytics tools, staying abreast of all changes and upcoming changes, including integrations and plugins, and actively participate in the Relativity User Portal, Blog, and Ideas Digest
• Advocate new features to Relativity and promote them within the CFTC staff and industry via the User Portal and eLaw
• Perform Relativity demos, conduct training, and create user documentation for various workflows

• At least ten (10) years of litigation support experience including preferably four (4) years of progressively more advanced Relativity experience
• Master’s degree or J.D.; alternatively a Bachelor’s degree plus an additional three (3) years of experience (for a total of 13 years) may substitute for the Master’s degree
• Relativity RCA certification
• Experience managing multiple tasks as defined in the scope of work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

• Two (2) Relativity certifications, preferably including the RCA
• Relativity Master certification
• Experience using LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine
• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server (helpful but not required)
• Current or active clearance
