Job Description:

  • Lead onboarding and technical integrations for complex enterprise customers, including new and existing accounts.
  • Own implementation execution using Sales Engineering SOPs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Serve as the primary project lead, coordinating cross‑functional teams including Sales, IT, and operations.
  • Gather and validate customer business and technical requirements and design scalable program solutions aligned to Staples’ capabilities.
  • Communicate solution approach, requirements, and timelines to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales on pre‑sales solutioning, customer discovery, RFPs, and technical validation.
  • Support post‑implementation handoff to ensure a smooth ramp to expected revenue and customer experience goals.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and reduce implementation complexity.
  • Escalate risks, blockers, or scope changes when requirements fall outside SOPs.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting complex customers through onboarding, integrations, or implementations in a technical or customer‑facing role.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with end‑to‑end ownership.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences and business requirements for technical teams.
  • Proven ability to learn new systems, tools, and technical processes.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise purchasing or procurement environments.
  • Experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Customer Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with enterprise eProcurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle). (Preferred)
  • Exposure to punchout purchasing models and buyer enablement workflows. (Preferred)
  • Understanding of procurement and integration standards, including:
  • - cXML
  • - EDI
  • - OCI
  • - Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Order Responses (POR), Advanced Ship Notices (ASN), and e-invoicing. (Preferred)
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with cross‑functional partners. (Preferred)
