As Manager of Advanced Analytics Applications, you will lead a high‑performing team delivering analytics applications across Global Operations & Supply Chain using Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals developing applications using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, and DAX.
- Translate strategic business questions into scalable, easy‑to‑understand analytics solutions.
- Oversee production support and application lifecycle management to ensure high availability, performance, and end‑user satisfaction.
- Define analytics standards, best practices, and reusable components to accelerate development and quality.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with COEs, SMEs, and Data Services to align analytics tools with business processes and strategic goals.
- Proactively identify and advocate for improvements in data governance, architecture, and user experience.
- Foster a customer‑centric mindset within the team, ensuring excellent stakeholder engagement and service delivery.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and data‑driven decision making.
- Partner with IT, data engineering, and business leaders to align analytics capabilities with enterprise initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant analytics experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Demonstrated expertise in building business applications using Power BI, SQL, DAX, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence, educate, and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record managing production environments and delivering business‑critical applications with high reliability.
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in UX/UI design and user‑centered development.
- Background in Supply Chain, Planning, or Medical Devices/regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Potential Travel: Up to once per year.
