Role Overview
Gravoc, a New Charter company, is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead enterprise ERP implementations for complex, multi‑entity organizations. In this role, you will lead discovery sessions, solution architecture, and full lifecycle implementations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, collaborating with executive leadership, finance teams, operations stakeholders, and technical developers to design scalable ERP solutions spanning Financials, Project Accounting, Quote‑to‑Cash, Procurement, Intercompany, and Consolidations, leveraging Office 365, Power BI, and integrated cloud‑based systems.
Responsibilities- Lead client discovery workshops and solution design sessions
- Configure and deploy Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules
- Maintain solution design documents and project documentation
- Conduct fit‑gap analysis and provide proof‑of‑concept direction
- Create functional specifications for system customizations
- Support full data migration, including master, historical, and transactional data
- Develop test scripts and lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions
- Create user documentation and deliver end‑user training
- Develop financial statements and reporting structures
- Provide ongoing client support and system optimization guidance
- Assist in pre‑sales demonstrations and technical solution positioning
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 6+ years of combined experience with Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations ERP implementations
- Proven experience leading full‑lifecycle ERP deployments including configuration and data migration
- Strong functional expertise across Financials, Banking, AR/AP, Distribution, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Sales & Marketing, Intercompany, Consolidation, and Project Accounting modules
- Experience working across Office 365 environments
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Jet Reporting, Management Reporter, or SSRS
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications related to D365 Finance & Operations
- Experience supporting cloud‑based ERP environments
- Experience participating in pre‑sales or solution demonstrations
- Strong documentation discipline and executive‑level presentation capability

- Compensation starting at $135,000, depending on experience
