Ability to communicate effectively with District Faculty, students and other technology personnel to facilitate effective implementation of technology goals.

Excellent interpersonal skills related to staff support and troubleshooting.
* Strong Understanding of Digital Literacy models and demonstrable ability in being able to instruct faculty on how to use software in teaching effectively, lawfully and ethically.
* Knowledge or familiarity of productivity tools and application support including telecommunication, print/graphic utilities, multi- and hyper medias, presentation tools, assessment tools; (i.e. Google Apps, Vector Solutions), touch display panels, office/productivity software suites, Google Apps/Classroom, etc.
* Experience integrating computer/technology-based material (such as video, computers, hypermedia, multimedia, telecommunications, and distance learning) into the curriculum through the application of problem solving, critical thinking, information management and communication skills.
* Experience with hardware configurations, operating systems, compatibility issues, peripheral technology, and end user support for multiple different devices (including, but not limited to, PC, Android/Chrome
OS, iPad, Surface, etc.).
* Knowledge and experience identifying, evaluating and applying emerging technologies to enhance the teaching/learning process and improve digital curriculum
* Experience being a self-starter, working independently and adjusting to the needs of many constituents and stakeholders.
* Expertise in digital literacy, online research methods and ethical technology use.
* Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the organization including Faculty, Administration and Students.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Demonstrable ability to adapt and innovate with emerging technology in order to enhance student learning and faculty teaching practices
REPORTS TO:
Director of Technology
JOB GOAL:
To collaborate with educators and administrators to integrate innovative, effective technology solutions into the curriculum, providing training and support to faculty in the use of digital tools that enhance student engagement, foster critical thinking, and improve learning outcomes. In addition, build and instruct students on a curriculum centered around digital literacy and research resources, all while working towards building a sustainable, technology-rich environment that promotes personalized learning and supports the evolving needs of all stakeholders.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver direct support and training to school staff in integrating technology into curriculum across all content areas. Help faculty incorporate technology into lessons to improve student engagement, skill development, and proficiency.
* Evaluate how various technologies (such as simulation software, specialized industry tools, multimedia resources, etc) can be effectively used to support academic and technical education. Guide faculty in selecting and using digital tools that align with their curriculum and training objectives.
* Assess software and online tools that support vocational training and academic standards. Stay informed on emerging technology trends and evaluate their potential for integration into learning and classroom instruction, especially in regards to AI and other developing technologies.
* Design and deliver professional development workshops for staff and faculty focused on technology integration within their content area. This includes training on specialized software, online learning platforms, digital research tools, multimedia presentations, and tools for creating virtual simulations and other technology available within the classroom.
* Assist faculty in integrating technology into assessments, ensuring that digital tools support accurate, industry-relevant evaluations of student performance. Collaborate with staff to incorporate and support technology-based assessments.
* Collaborate with the Principal, Director of Technology and Other Stakeholders to assess the school's technology needs. Provide guidance on selecting and previewing new resources (software, hardware, and tools) that align with both educational goals and provide input…
