About the role

The Senior Strategic Consultant is responsible for advising and supporting customers through digital transformations that utilize Bullhorn’s Automation, Amplify, and Analytics solutions to drive business improvements. This role blends deep consultative expertise with technical execution, enabling clients to transform their operations through intelligent automation, AI‑driven workflows, Digital Workers, and data‑driven decision‑making. This role primarily delivers across three core areas:

  • Amplify – Deploying and optimizing AI‑driven Digital Workers across recruitment workflows
  • Automation – Designing and guiding scalable, transformational workflow architectures
  • Analytics – Delivering advanced reporting and dashboards to measure performance, adoption, and business outcomes
Responsibilities Consultative Leadership
  • Understand critical business drivers in staffing and recruiting companies, and consult with customers on process and technology changes to improve their operations.
  • Act as an expert and trusted advisor on AI, automation, and analytics‑driven transformation.
  • Lead with an outcome‑orientation, focusing customers on KPI improvements that determine and measure the highest‑impact opportunities across workflows and reporting.
  • Identify and advise customers on deployment of Digital Workers in new areas to drive increasing business value.
Solution Delivery and Execution
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Automation, Amplify, and Analytics implementation projects.
  • Deploy Digital Workers through Amplify to execute AI‑driven activities within recruiter workflows.
  • Drive development and deployment of workflows within Automation to enable scalable and sustainable process automation.
  • Configure and deliver Bullhorn Analytics solutions, including dashboards and reporting frameworks, to support business visibility and performance tracking.
  • Optimize solutions based on data insights and usage patterns.
  • Deliver operational optimization projects focused on refining existing workflows and improving productivity within defined parameters.
  • Provide technical feasibility assessments for configuration requests within the core platform.
Team and Specialist Engagement
  • Works closely with other senior team members, Solution Owners, and Sales to align on solution design and delivery approach.
  • Operates with autonomy while identifying when to engage SMEs, technical, and product specialists.
  • Leads resolution discussions regarding solution or configuration challenges, partnering with the Project Manager (PM) & Solution Owner (SO) to manage communication and drive the path to resolution.
  • Contributes to resolving configuration, workflow, and reporting challenges.
  • Collaborates with data and technical teams to ensure alignment across automation and analytics solutions.
Qualifications
  • 4–7+ years of total experience, with significant direct exposure to the staffing industry or complex SaaS implementation.
  • Strong experience with automation, AI, or analytics solutions.
  • A strong track record of executing, configuring, and optimizing complex business processes.
  • Experience in a role accountable for leading the implementation and configuration of complex business solutions within a defined architectural design.
  • Strong problem‑solving capability across diverse topics, with demonstrated outcome orientation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Technical and Domain Expertise:
    Comprehensive understanding of recruiter workflows, client fulfillment cycles, and key business drivers within a staffing vertical (preferred).
  • A strong understanding of Business Process Optimization principles.
  • A solid understanding of Change Management and User Adoption principles.
Education and Credentials
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Business degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in technology, analytics, or project delivery are a plus, e.g., Certified Staffing Professional (CSP/ASA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Lean Six Sigma certification.
