Job Summary
Target Profile: 1‑2 years of IT experience. Entry‑level candidates with strong internships or co‑op experience are welcomed.
Preferred backgrounds:
Help Desk II, Desktop Support, Junior Systems Administrator, IT Support Engineer.
Key attributes:
Strong troubleshooting mindset, excellent communication skills, comfortable working onsite and interacting with users all day, curious, proactive, eager to learn.

Nice to have:
Entra / Azure AD, Okta, Security++, AWS or Azure exposure, experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, university or research environments, lab instrumentation or research computing exposure.

- Handling backups for lab machines and maintaining network connectivity in lab environments
- Managing the server room, activating ports, and keeping documentation organized
- Creating and archiving user accounts, managing permissions, provisioning apps, and maintaining least privilege
- Providing help desk support: ticket resolution, walk‑up assistance, diagnosing and fixing hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Salary: $25 – $35 per hour

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
