Technical Project Manager

Job Description

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
• Technical Project Management
• Working knowledge of Service Now as a tool and good reporting skills
• Strong reporting skills in Service Now and Xls
• Strong Communication Skills
• Good to Have – Patch management skills and Change management knowledge

• Manage change record review on behalf of the product change review board;
• Document, guide, training, and mentor product teams on the change process;
• Facilitate product change review board meeting and representation at enterprise meetings;
• Manage product change metrics and follow up with enterprise change enablement and product teams on change related issues;
• Gather requirements and manage data for patching and vulnerability remediation.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Highly developed detail oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent skills in gathering and reporting of requirements, data, metrics, and processes;
• Query and/or automation skills (e.g. SQL, JQL, Ansible, Puppet or similar)

• Reporting and analysis using Service Now or similar;
• Agile framework roles (e.g. scrum master, agile project manager);
• Dashboard creation and analysis of data sets;
• Database query creation and optimization in various platforms (e.g. Postgres, Snowflake, MS SQL, Oracle);
• Supporting infrastructure projects and processes;
• Understanding and supporting ITIL processes
