Overview

Job Overview – Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager:
Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000/year + bonus.

Location:

Essex County, MA.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Advance your insurance career as a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager with our client in Essex County, MA (Hybrid). In this role, you will manage an established book of Personal Lines business, handling renewals, endorsements, billing, and claims support. You will provide exceptional client service through policy reviews, coverage recommendations, cross-selling opportunities, and day-to-day account management while leveraging AMS 360 to maintain accurate client files and ensure seamless communication.

Responsibilities
  • Account Servicing: Manage and retain a book of Personal Lines accounts, delivering consistent client satisfaction.
  • Policy Management: Handle new and renewal quotes, process endorsements, issue binders, and oversee billing inquiries.
  • Client Support: Provide daily customer service and education with prompt, professional communication.
  • Coverage Guidance: Review policies, recommend coverage, and identify cross-selling opportunities to meet client needs.
  • Claims Handling: Assist clients with reporting, processing, and tracking claims to ensure efficient resolution.
Qualifications
  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty license required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of Personal Lines account management experience in an agency or brokerage environment required.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficient in AMS 360 or other agency management systems, with strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Personal Lines insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and within a team.
