Commercial Lines Select Account Manager (Small Business)

We're growing—and looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Commercial Lines Select Account Manager to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a high-volume book of small business accounts.

What You'll Do

• Manage and service a book of small commercial accounts (typically under $50K in premium)
• Handle daily service requests including endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
• Oversee renewals, including marketing and remarketing to maintain strong retention (95-98%)
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on coverage needs
• Partner with underwriters to negotiate pricing and coverage
• Support producers with new business and account retention
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to better protect clients

What We're Looking For

• Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License
• 1-3 years of commercial lines experience (small business/select accounts preferred)
• Strong knowledge of coverages including GL, Property, Workers' Comp, and Commercial Auto
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
