Director​/Senior Director, Professional Liability – Cyber, Misc. E&O

• Lead and implement the strategic development and execution of organizational goals
• Provide leadership and support to underwriting teams
• Manage territorial underwriting functions to achieve profit, revenue, loss ratio, and expense targets
• Ensure effective execution of Best Practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal resources for customer coordination
• Build partnerships with other business groups and deliver agency and product solutions

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of cyber/tech, e&o underwriting or brokering experience required
• 3+ years of direct management experience
• Proven ability to make sound underwriting decisions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated sales, marketing, and relationship management
• US Work Authorization required; visa sponsorship not provided

Demonstrates extensive experience in cyber/tech underwriting and brokering, with a strong focus on strategic development, leadership, and relationship management. Proven track record in achieving organizational goals and managing underwriting functions effectively.
