- Leading a team of employment lawyers and paralegals
- Providing regular advice to internal clients
- Managing a docket of litigation, agency, and pre-litigation matters

- Admitted to state bar in good standing
- Minimum of 15 years experience at a major law firm or corporate legal department
- Minimum 10 years knowledge of HR and employment law related matters
- Experience presenting complex issues in a clear and concise manner for C-Suite Executives
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with many stakeholders
- Independent, self-starter capable of prioritizing conflicting demands and handling multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong influencing and leadership skills
Demonstrates extensive expertise in Employment Law and HR matters, providing legal counsel and managing litigation while leading a team of legal professionals. Capable of effectively communicating complex legal issues to C-Suite Executives and navigating a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
