Family Law Attorney

A well-established Massachusetts family law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its growing practice. What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of complex family law matters from inception through resolution
• Handle divorce, custody, support, alimony, and other domestic relations matters
• Develop case strategy and provide high-level legal guidance to clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct negotiations, mediations, and court appearances

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in family law
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Ability to independently manage complex matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Massachusetts Bar admission required
• The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 – $200,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic market considerations. Additional performance-based incentives may be available.
