Position OverviewOurclientisseekinganexperienced
Real Estate Counsel toserveasakeylegaladvisortosupporttheirgrowingrealestateportfolio.
Thisroleoffersanexcitingopportunitytopartnercloselywithexecutiveleadership,real estate,construction,andbusinessteamstonegotiateandmanagecomplexrealestateandleasingtransactionsthatsupportsthecompany'sgrowthobjectives.
- Draft,review,negotiate,andmanageawiderangeofcommercialrealestateagreements,including:
- Retailleases,Acquisitions,Dispositions
- Easementagreements
- Reciprocaleasementagreements(REAs)
- Purchaseandsaleagreements
- Providelegalcounselandstrategicguidancetointernalstakeholdersonrealestatetransactionsandportfoliomanagement.
- Supportthecompany'srealestategrowthstrategythroughefficientnegotiationandexecutionofleaseanddevelopmenttransactions.
- Juris Doctor(JD) fromanaccreditedlawschool.
- Activemembershipingoodstandingwithatleastonestatebar.
- 6+yearsoflegalexperiencewithsignificantfocusoncommercialrealestateandleasing(eitherin-houseorlaw-firm).
