Litigation Associate

Our growing national law firm client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its sophisticated litigation practice in Boston.

This is a strong opportunity for an associate looking to gain meaningful responsibility while representing businesses and individuals in complex corporate and commercial disputes. The role offers hands-on experience across pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and case strategy in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The associate will work on a broad range of complex business litigation matters, including:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings
• Managing written and document discovery
• Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategy
• Supporting complex corporate and commercial disputes
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in hearings and court appearances
• Working directly with clients on case strategy and developments
• Managing matters and deadlines with increasing independence

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• 2-4 years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Active admission to the Massachusetts
• Experience with pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and e-discovery
• Deposition and courtroom experience is a plus
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
