Labor Employment Associate

Lateral Link is partnering with the Boston office of a national firm that is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate with 3 to 7 years of experience in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, arguing motions, and taking as well as defending depositions in state and federal courts and arbitration.

Experience in handling cases related to discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination is essential, along with the ability to provide client advice and counsel. Candidates must possess strong writing and analytical skills, excel in a fast-paced atmosphere, and manage multiple projects effectively. A law license in Massachusetts is mandatory, along with a record of excellent academic performance.
