Position
Supply Chain Mgr II
LocationNorth Reading, MA
SummaryResponsible for creating and managing the execution of supply chain strategies from new product introduction to production across categories, departments or projects, ensuring timely fulfillment, high predictability of supply, and alignment with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Create and manage supply strategies from NPI to production to meet customer needs.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, track, and expedite material issues with wafer foundry, IC assembly and test houses, module contract manufacturers, and component suppliers.
- Prioritize activities and align with stakeholders to deliver supply globally with a high degree of predictability.
- Maintain data reporting, charts, WIP and inventory reports, supply availability, and shortage lists.
- Manage supplier performance and allocation of material to demands based on priority.
- Manage cross‑functional projects against plans and objectives to meet commitments and goals.
- Identify and drive realization of opportunities for durable, relative advantage.
40 hours per week, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Salary range $85,800 – $128,600.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, or related field and three years of experience in the relevant occupation.
- One year of experience leading cross‑functional programs.
- One year of experience designing, implementing, and optimizing supply chain initiatives.
- One year of experience working with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Access, or Microsoft Excel.
- One year of proficiency with ERP tools such as Oracle, SAP, Priority or Coupa.
