Your Profile- Level of studies:
Engineering or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management fields or equivalent. - Experience:
2 years of experience in similar area. - Languages:
Fluent in English.
- Overview – Define the standard ordering parameters and processes. Responsible for the implementation of the defined processes and procedures and for the development of the ordering competencies in the plants.
- Operating System Assessment (OSA) Development and auditing – Develop the OSA for ordering to give the key focus areas for procurement and to assess and ensure compliance with the processes, procedures and regulations as defined in the OS.
- ERP parameter definition – Help to define the ordering model and ERP parameters in SAP and ensures that ASL interface works in line with the defined standards.
- Call‑off to RM suppliers – Coordinate and support the implementation of call‑off sending to RM suppliers.
- Process/procedure documentation and training – Prepare and issue processes, procedures as well as training materials for ordering. Ensure new procurement team members are trained and that the whole team receives re‑training with regular intervals.
- Performance – Ensures KPI's are defined to measure and monitor the compliance and performance of each plant. Analyses the variance & non‑compliance and ensures the relevant plants get action plan in place to correct deviations. Report performance to defined KPI's.
- Continuous improvement – Drive the improvement of processes and systems. Lead initiative to achieve sustainable use of CI tools in everyday activities to drive out waste and improve performance.
- Team player – Work together with the Vendor Supply Chain Manager and E&O inventory management specialist in defining parts of the ordering OS, especially parameters agreed with the suppliers: LTFC, fixed period, obsolescence liability, etc. and parameters contributing to E&O risk.
