Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday in-office | Monday, Wednesday & Friday remote
D2G Group is seeking a motivated, hands-on Logistics Coordinator to support our domestic transportation operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and taking ownership of their work in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-motivated—someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, figure things out, and help keep freight moving efficiently. You'll work closely with transportation partners and internal teams to resolve shipping issues, manage freight claims, coordinate customer returns, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll DoCoordinate domestic LTL, volume, and specialty freight shipments.
Manage freight claims from start to resolution.
Coordinate customer returns and reverse logistics, including scheduling carrier pickups.
Review freight invoices for accuracy.
Obtain freight quotes from carriers as needed.
Communicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipment and delivery issues.
Track carrier performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation.
Support day-to-day transportation operations and other projects as assigned.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, supply chain, customer service, or a related office environment.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required, including:
VLOOKUP
XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Experience working with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems is a plus.
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation$25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
In accordance with Massachusetts pay transparency requirements, this posting reflects the hourly pay range D2G Group reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
