Project/Program Manager to support robotics deployment initiatives for a global leader in the e-commerce and robotics/logistics industry

6-Month Contract

• Coordinate robotics deployment projects and support portfolio execution.
• Manage demand and supply planning to ensure material availability.
• Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and support on-time delivery.
• Analyze operational data using Excel and SQL to drive planning decisions.
• Prepare reports and status updates for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply and operational issues.

• 3–5+ years of experience in a Supply Chain or Materials Management role.
• Experience with Demand/Supply Planning or Materials Management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.

• SQL experience.
• Experience supporting robotics, manufacturing, or operations environments.
• Knowledge of systems or configuration management.
• Experience with supply chain analytics or operational reporting.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or a related discipline.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $42 - $47 Hourly on W2.
