Project/Program Manager to support robotics deployment initiatives for a global leader in the e-commerce and robotics/logistics industry
. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong supply chain and materials management background who enjoy working with data, cross-functional teams, and operational planning.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Coordinate robotics deployment projects and support portfolio execution.
- Manage demand and supply planning to ensure material availability.
- Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and support on-time delivery.
- Analyze operational data using Excel and SQL to drive planning decisions.
- Prepare reports and status updates for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply and operational issues.
- 3–5+ years of experience in a Supply Chain or Materials Management role.
- Experience with Demand/Supply Planning or Materials Management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
- SQL experience.
- Experience supporting robotics, manufacturing, or operations environments.
- Knowledge of systems or configuration management.
- Experience with supply chain analytics or operational reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or a related discipline.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $42 - $47 Hourly on W2.
