Go is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support domestic transportation operations across LTL, volume, and specialty freight.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on freight coordination, freight claims, reverse logistics, invoice review, carrier communication, and transportation problem solving. You will work closely with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipping issues, support customer returns, maintain records, and improve day-to-day transportation operations.
What You’ll DoCoordinate domestic LTL, volume, and specialty freight shipments
Manage freight claims from start to resolution
Coordinate customer returns and reverse logistics, including carrier pickups
Review freight invoices for accuracy and obtain freight quotes as needed
Communicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipment and delivery issues
Track carrier performance and identify process improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate transportation records and support day-to-day logistics operations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, supply chain, customer service, or a related office environment
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Strong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems
Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience working with freight claims, reverse logistics, or customer returns
