Location & Schedule

• Full Time
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday
• Pay: $20.00/hour

• Responsible for routine, preventative and emergency maintenance as directed.
• Immediately report assessments and safety concerns to Facilities Director.
• Respond to maintenance work orders as assigned by the Lead Facilities Technician.
• Respond to emergency and after hour’s calls if needed.
• Pick up and/or transport supplies and equipment as needed.
• Travel between Agency locations as needed.
• Maintain a professional, safe and clean work environment.
• Comply with OSHA Safety policies and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience required.
• Skill in performing building and property maintenance.
• Ability to properly and safely use hand tools and/or instruments and cleaning agents.
• Ability to follow direction and work both independently and as a team.
• Ability to work and communicate with others to provide immediate response.
• Use of your personal vehicle is required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
