Diverse Pipeline Services (DPS) is seeking an experienced Regional Manager – Inspection Services to lead and grow our inspection operations across the New England region. This role is for a proven leader in the distribution gas industry who knows how to lead people, deliver for clients, and uphold high safety and quality standards.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and oversee inspection services across the area
- Support, mentor, and manage field leadership and inspectors
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with utility clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and project execution to meet client demands
- Support business development and regional growth initiatives
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the distribution gas industry
- Strong background in inspection services and field operations
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must be local to the New England area or willing to relocate
