AR/Billing Manager Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a motivated AR/Billing/Collections Manager to join their team and drive automation and efficiency in our financial operations. In this role you will oversee the daily operations of the AR, Billing, and Collections department, manage an accurate aging report, and develop effective collections strategies. You will use Net Suite to create CFO‑level dashboards showing key performance metrics and work closely with the accounting team on cash forecasting.

Boston, Hybrid, Up to $100K

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, billing systems, and collections strategies.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, SAP).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
