This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands marine or automotive F&I operations, values relationships, and knows how to balance customer satisfaction with strong busines s results.
What we’re looking for:- Finance and insurance experience (marine, automotive, RV, or powersports preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with sales, service, and leadership teams
- High integrity and attention to detail
