What you will do:

As a District Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and supporting the continued growth of our business across multiple locations. You will lead and develop Site Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing district operations, ensuring stores consistently deliver exceptional customer service, strong financial performance, and a safe, welcoming environment for both employees and customers. You will drive sales growth, champion our food service program, and ensure operational standards are executed consistently across all locations.

Success in this role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance strategic business objectives with a people‑first approach, creating an environment where employees thrive and customers choose to return.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive district-wide customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service, clean and well‑maintained stores, and a consistent customer experience across all locations.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high‑performing team of Site Managers who are committed to operating profitable, efficient, and safe stores.
  • Lead the profitable operation of all locations within the district by achieving sales, food service, and operational performance goals.
  • Deliver results aligned with company budgets and profitability targets through effective expense management, revenue growth initiatives, and operational excellence.
  • Champion and grow the company's food service program by ensuring consistent execution of food preparation, food safety, quality, and merchandising standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards to drive consistency and efficiency throughout the district.
  • Promote a culture of safety and security by ensuring stores understand and consistently implement company safety practices that protect employees, customers, and company assets.
  • Analyze business performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
  • Provide strong leadership through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and knowledge sharing to develop talent and build future leaders.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and results‑oriented culture that supports employee engagement and operational success.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience leading multiple retail locations in a District Manager, District Leader, Area Manager, or similar multi‑unit leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and develop strategies that drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change, effectively communicate expectations, and successfully implement company initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Experience developing high‑performing teams through coaching, mentoring, accountability, and succession planning.
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills with a commitment to creating an exceptional experience for customers and employees alike.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, financial management, inventory control, merchandising, food service operations, and compliance standards.
