ACT Power Services is seeking a Regional Manager to lead safe, productive on-site operations for utility-scale solar PV plants within a designated region. You will oversee a team of O&M field service technicians, ensuring performance, reliability, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.
You will coordinate with the Remote Operations Center and engineering teams to dispatch and perform real-time repairs, while managing daily planning, field visits, and training.
