Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction, facilities, and utilities projects in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background with hands‑on experience in scheduling, cost control, and project execution. While this is a Project Manager role, the candidate should possess sufficient technical knowledge of automation, instrumentation & controls (I&C), PLCs, and security systems to effectively manage technical teams, identify potential issues, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager managing construction, facilities, or utilities projects.
• Working knowledge of Automation Systems, Instrumentation & Controls (I&C), and PLC-based control systems.
• Familiarity with building security systems and integrated facility infrastructure.
• Strong experience with project scheduling, planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Experience monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues proactively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, industrial, or similar regulated environments is highly preferred.

• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
• Experience managing capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Strong understanding of construction management best practices and project lifecycle management.
