Warehouse Shipper – JS International Inc., Fall River, MA
The Shipper plays a pivotal role in facilitating the shipment of cabinets and related products to customers or distribution centers. This position involves various tasks related to preparing pallets of cabinets for shipping in an organized, timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities- Pack and prepare pallets of cabinets and related items according to specified guidelines for safe transportation. Ensure proper labeling and documentation for outgoing shipments.
- Conduct visual inspections on pallets before shrink wrapping to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any damages or discrepancies to shipping lead.
- Work collaboratively with the shipping team to load cabinets onto trucks or carriers, following proper handling and loading procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during packing and shipping activities to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team lead and members regarding shipping schedules and issues encountered.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or related environment is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of palletizing practices and quality control procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently to meet shipment deadlines.
- Physical stamina to lift and move cabinets and packaging materials up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Prior experience with material handling equipment (e.g., forklift) is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent experience.

8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
