Blount Fine Foods - - Responsibilities:
Mix, blend, and cook raw ingredients to produce finished food-grade products;
Operate large-volume kettles and mixers and coordinate with an assistant on processing lines;
Adhere to blending recipes and HACCP steps to ensure quality and safety;
Perform preventative maintenance and liaise with Maintenance to improve equipment performance;
Conduct viscosity and sensory testing and collaborate with QC/QA on new and existing processes
