Available Shifts- 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- 3rd Shift: 11:30pm – 7:30am

As a Machine Operator at CIPLA, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing or packaging process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will operate state-of-the-art machinery, execute meticulous procedures, and contribute to the production of life‑saving medications.
Responsibilities- Operate specialized packaging or pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment efficiently while ensuring quality standards and minimizing product rejection.
- Follow cGMP and SOP standards, ensuring line clearance, accurate status, and clean machinery between batches.
- Execute changeovers and cleaning.
- Support preventative maintenance of the machines.
- Verify equipment and environment: perform calibrations, pressure checks, and line clearances before initiating runs.
- Ensure accurate documentation: document and sign off at all stages of the operations process and complete all paperwork with precision in English.
- Maintain safety & compliance: wear proper PPE, follow safety protocols, and handle equipment as per training and manuals.
- Collaborate & contribute: work independently and with your team to meet production goals and continuously improve operations.
- High School Diploma (or educational equivalent, e.g., GED).
- Current experience working in a pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic or other cGMP environment.
- Must have experience working with packaging or manufacturing machinery.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English. Must have legible handwriting, and the ability to perform accurate documentation in English.
- Capable of conducting troubleshooting, investigations and root cause identification and analysis on packaging machines.
- Ability to follow SOPs and cGMP requirements.
- Must be able to work on‑site daily (no remote work available).
- Must be authorized to work permanently in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and operate equipment like pallet jacks.
- Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motion throughout shift.
- Must wear PPE, including respirators, when required.
- No restrictions working with active pharmaceutical ingredients or powders.
