Operate machines to produce soup and side dish products efficiently and accurately;
Follow recipe and HACCP steps to ensure correct completion of recipes;
Communicate effectively within the department to maximize efficiency;
Perform final in-line work and hold responsibility for all recipes produced;
Learn, operate and adjust multiple in-line processing equipment such as large-volume kettles, chiller machines, and filler machines
