Verify prepped recipe ingredients and lot numbers to ensure inventory accuracy;
Ensure each production line has appropriate recipes in queue and safely transport ingredients from prep;
Communicate with production leadership and supervisor about schedule productivity and delays;
Verify HACCP, GMP, and Allergen guidelines are followed to maintain ingredient integrity;
Safely operate pallet jacks and organize staging areas for easy recipe access
