Blount Fine Foods -  - Responsibilities:
Responsible for prepped recipe ingredient verification.;
Responsible for accurate documentation of ingredients and lot numbers to ensure inventory accuracy and allocation of materials.;
Responsible for ensuring each line has appropriate recipes in queue and safely transporting all ingredients from prep.;
Communicate with production leadership and stay up to date with production schedule productivity.;
Verify departmental HACCP, GMP, and Allergen guidelines are followed, and ensure integrity of all ingredients, minimizing/eliminating the possibility of foreign material being introduced throughout the manufacturing process.
